Look into forums if s.o. did a new telemetry API. But this would be uncommon if something is running fine.

I found the news

- Legacy telemetry (NR2003 Telemetry) is now disabled by default. It can be turned on again in the "app.ini" file by adjusting the "enableLegacyTelemetry=1" option. This interface is deprecated and will be removed from the sim next season.

I'm with the same problem since the last iracing actualization, after read the coments here, i'm sure that's a x-sim problem, i hope the will be repair soon
