X-sim is waiting for the game - Project Cars

Hello,

I'm done the configuration for the PCars correctly. The game starts normally, but the extractor is waiting for the steam game of Project Cars...
It is very interesting because the Arduino can get a perfect data, like as spped, gear, water and oil temperature..... but the extractor is waiting for the game.. we have no "game connected"...

Someone knows about this?

Hello,

I have the same problem as rtlobo with Project Cars Steam, I get a box :Wait for steam game......X-Sim is waiting for the game C.A.R.S steam and its executable pCAR.exe.
The game starts ,but no out puts.
I do not now how to change the executable name, and or wot to change it to.
This is my first steam game.
I have tried on two different computers one windows 7 , one windows 10, the same out cum.

Profile name C.A.R.S steam profile
Used game C.A.R.S steam
Patch of game 7.1.0.0
Add map parameter
Written for map universal with vehicle universal

Used inputs device logitech G27 Racing Wheel USB
Motion simulator 2DOF Joyrider
Actuator type SCN5 100mm

Why do you think it is pcars.exe? Do you see it so in the taskmanager?

Thank you for your time sirnoname,

In taskmanager details : pCARS64.exe is running.

I have got it to detect the game, but no changing values expect for the steering wheel inputs.

I have add the extractor login patch.
In game shared memory is on.

I will reread project cars plugin discussions ,I think I,m missing something.

For 64 bit games you need the patch in the DL section if not done.
Check if play game button stay grey!
Check ingame menu setup.

Thank you for your time sirnoname,

I have not installed a 64bit patch, the xsim soft ware on this computer (windows 10 ) was download and installed 3 days ago.
Please explain the DL section and how to get the patch. (I am on a step leaning curve,eg. program dummy)

The play button turns grey when the game starts and stay grey until the game is stop, then turns blue.

In game menu ....Visuals/Hardware/Use Shared Memory.....YES
