If the Arduino only send to Popolu only the output pin from Arduino to Popolu.

If the Arduino send/receive to/from Popolu the output/input from/to Arduino to/from Popolu.

Am i right sirnoname?

Read the datasheet of the opto-isolator you want to buy.

Ah, you are using a pololu H-Bridge and not a pololu controler! That is new.
After the arduino must be a optocupler to avoid power noise to the arduino or to the shield contact. Only in some low power case this must not be equiped.

I dont know whats wrong.

But its only when i play with X-Sim.

The electrical noise of the whiper motor is high. If you connect this circuit with your arduino you make influences to the ground connection and produce USB comunication problems (disconnects).

Influence to my ethernet ? I dont think so.

The only connection between Logitech and Ardiuno(And Viper) ist a Ethernet Cable trough a Switch :-)

I testet with my old logitech Momo and it works. It will not crush.
Now i think my G27 is smashed.

And your ethernet-cable is grounded.

PC1- ethernet ground
PC2 - ethernet ground
Switch - ethernet ground

Result = Ground of Pc1, Pc2 and Switch is the same.

No. Ethernet has a inverted signal, no ground. In this point u are wrong.

And i sniffed with wireshark. There are no unknown or unreadable packages.

I bought a new Logitech g27. In two days i will tell you more.

As i said. Because of testing on 2 Pc's iam nearly sure that the problem dont comes from my pololu.

@sirnoname. Iam right with you that the motors can produce influence on the USB.
But noch on USB on an other PC.
This would be Magic :-)

Thats not what i mean with ground.

All your PCs use the same ground. Because your ethernet cable is shielded (ground).

I mean not to short a circuit.

You can start the extractor with a nojoystick parameter to avoid touching direct input completely:
http://www.x-sim.de/manual/source_sdk.html
You will not see your stick in the box if you use this parameter.

I disabled all plugins. I think this has the same effect.

I will tell you if it works with the new g27.
It makes me hopeful that it will work. Because with my logitech momo everythin work fine.
