Thats what I told you. Your circuit between the arduino and the wiper produce some electrical noise. Do you use galvanic splitters like optocuplers?
If a answer is correct or did help you for a solution, please use the solve button.

The Pololu Jrk is not optoisolated.
If you use this one, the problem is solved. Then you need a optoisolator between arduino and Pololu Jrk. If you ask google, there are more people who have the same problem with the Pololu Jrk.

Do you all really have optocuplers betwenn? U think the problem is solved if i change the power supply from arduino to own 5V power

Nope. Then you still use the same circuit. I read much about motordrivers. Thats why i not will use the Pololu or MonsterMoto.
I will use a optoisolated H-Bridge.

The optoisolator is like a "One Way Road". "No accidents" because no Traffic. Signals only go from Arduino to Pololu. No signals, electrical noises or something that cause problems reach your arduino.

Try something different.
Disconnect the Pololu from the Arduino (arduino still connected to PC) and then start Race without motion.
I bet all will work. Then you have the answer.

Okay today i will test with second computer. If it works your right.

Iread something, that the usb on computer will be disabled if there is a problem on arduino.

USB only will protect it self, if there are over-current or over-voltage. Not if there are noises or collisions.

Month ago i have a problem with my 8 Channel Native instruments Soundcard (DJ Audio). I had electrical noises when i play sounds music e.t.c. My Mouse (noname) wasn't optoisolated and disturbed the soundcard. Now i use a Logitech mouse and all is fine.

This is really crazy. You are right. Without the pololu powered it works.

This is what you need.

https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9118

or this H-Bridge

Features:
This driver uses Infineon chips BTS7960 composed of high-power drive full H-bridge driver module with thermal over-current protection. Double BTS7960 H-bridge driver circuit, with a strong drive and braking, effectively isolating the microcontroller and motor driver! High-current 43A

Specification:
*Double BTS7960 large current (43 A) H bridge driver;
*5V isolate with MCU, and effectively protect MCU;
*5V power indicator on board;
*Voltage indication of motor driver output end;
*Can solder heat sink;
*Just need four lines from MCU to driver module (GND. 5V. PWM1. PWM2);
*Isolation chip 5 V power supply (can share with MCU 5 V);
*Able to reverse the motor forward, two PWM input frequency up to 25kHZ;
*Two heat flow passing through an error signal output;
*Isolated chip 5V power supply (can be shared with the MCU 5V), can also use the on-board 5V supply;
*The supply voltage: 5.5V to 27V

Which pins need to get isolated by optocuplers.?
