Ok. but do you really Need the Limit switches?
Because if you auto tuned the Kangoroo the system knows the max and min position.

I think you will find the position auto tune applies to wheeled robots, with encoders, you push the robot forward and back,

The auto tune with limit switches moves the motor small amounts forward and back, and then drives the motor to the limit positions. and then returns to the mid position.
The other reason i'm testing with limits is you have a safety system if you get a runaway fault.

how do you program in X-sim (output setting) to control Kangaroo X2? (i was a K8055 user).

how do you program in X-sim (output setting) to control Kangaroo X2? (i was a K8055 user).


Select Kangaroo in the Interface settings plugins menu

with the roo connected the com port number and the two channels will appear in the All outputs of found interfaces,
the plugin also shows any faults with the roo in this table.

you can then assign your axis to outputs as with the K8055

Do you have the Kangaroo in the tick box list All found interface Plugins ?

ok with the latest software i have now the Kangaroo in the tick box of "all interface plugins",
but not on "all output of found interface"s so i can't choose it.
