Power supply keeps tripping

it does depend how hard you drive the motors and the type of power supply as well.
But as said, the car battery - psu works.

i got the same issue with my sim, and what i had was two thing, too basic, but you should try:

* i got my wiper motors grounded
* i got a bad isolated cable that from time to time touched the sim frame



just give it a try maybe
