,I have signed up to this forum couple years ago willing to make a motion simulator. Time and funding wise it wasn’t the right time. But 2 weeks ago I thought this might be the time for it so I have started ordering parts.
I will basicly be making a motion sim looking like the one Floriske made some years ago.
I have decided to go for the following stuff after doing some reading on the forum
-JRK Pololu 12V12
-ZYT 90-155-12V with MCP-4 25:1 gearbox
-DC power supply 40A
I ordered already a couple of minor parts like potentio meters, fuse box, fan blade coolers.
I have bought a 2nd hand aluminium Kirkey racing seat with seatcover from a friend which I will be mounting on a passenger car seat mount so I can move the seat forward and backwards. For the wheel mounting I will be creating a frame but I am not sure how it will look still thinking about that.
I work with IT so hope to have little problem with it besides that as a hobby I race a car so I have a full workshop with welding and metal available which should benefit.
I hope with the help from this community to complete my ultimate sim.
