Yeah, it would be great to see video of your rig in action

Can you also share your Math Setup for RBR with us?

hi all,

Finally i got the new motors (the same like those that Floriske has)

I was having problem with the old power supply(not many Amp).
I decide to make a new power supply.

Transformer 2X12Volt 2X45 Amp

2 bridge 45 Amp

2 capacitors 2,4 farad 24Volt

And all the system assemble.

Now i have the following problem. When i start the system and give power to the motors they make a rotation and they stop. :( :(
i dont know were the the problem is.
The transformer gives 2 different power supply's but in the controler the positive's are bridged.maybe they shouldnt be :!: :!:
Any suggestions.
Thank you
Loukas

i also bought Dual VNH2SP30 Motor Driver Carrier MD03A http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/708
http://imageshack.us/a/img7/930/b3wh.jpg

and for pot those: SENSOR NON-CONTACT SINGLE TURN 6127V1A180L.5 http://www.digikey.com/product-search/e ... vendor=987

For programming the arduino i used this code:https://github.com/X-Sim/X-PID-Arduino-PID-motor-control/blob/master/XPID-Arduino-Firmware/XPID.ino

i have assambled all in the sim and will start testing it.

Can this Pololu driver handle those big motors?

I had big troubles with same motors ZYT90 and Pololu JRK's, I also did the similar rear mount like you and I couldn't get it to work, JRK's couldn't handle that load and they were "choking". I had to resemble everything and do the shoulder mount to make it work.

I'm curious to see how this is going to work, have you already tried it?

i made i few tests, they move it but sometimes they act like they are "loosing" there position and move free.
I will try to make a video with the setting and the problems that happens.
