hi all im new here just starting to get into sim racing an hoping to build a 2dof sim any advice or ideas on the easyiest route i shud take? im ok with a welder an saw its just the electronics side an wat motors can be used im not sure about? im pretty sure i can build the base easy enough its just wat to use to move an control it? any help would be appreciated guys thanks in advance!!can u use any actuator or wiper motor or does it have to move in excess of 150mm/s and wat boards should i use to control the motors? im hoping to build just the moving seat for now then eventually incorperate the wheel an pedals onto the frame an fit that to another frame for traction loss but that is still a pipe dream until iv done the seat but we all have our goals haha

Use the famous pololu JRK boards for 12-14v at 30 amps continuos and big worm gear motors like the motion dynamics http://www.motiondynamics.com.au/worm-d ... -180w.html
or Dayton's off eBay.
This is the simplest route for motion.
