Hello everyone, i'm 46 years old, i'm a big fan of driving simulations, and after i discovered this forum one year ago, i became interested in adding some movement to my static rig. I bought all the parts required and now is time to get started. I'm planning to follow RacingMat build (X-sim / Arduino / motomonster / 12V DC truck wiper motors) but i'm afraid i am going to need a lot of help from the community, because I've never worked with electronics before especially Arduino boards (i didn't even used a soldering iron before... LOL, now i'm starting to get the hang of it...i think). Here are some photos of my previous rig, made of MDF wood and PVC pipe, custom G25 wheel rim, G25 pedals and handbrake. Hope you can give me a big big big help so i can get back on the tracks very soon and in great stile.
