Hi,

As a mechwarrior fan my ultimate setup is a custum build cockpit with 4DOF while wearing a oculus rift.

Im a tech noob but nevertheless always eager to build things myself so its time to set myself some goals in a 3 year plan. Two years to convince my wife
and a year for building. :D

Don't forget the Valentine's gift! it's very good for SAF (Spousal Acceptance Factor) and should reduce the 2 years...

What do you people think of this product

http://nl.aliexpress.com/item/Best-Exce ... 90463.html

very competitive price compared to the scn5 if looking for a 6dof setup.

Not bad, but think on the continous work. Normally such actuators get warm and dammage if used longer than 2 Minutes.
Mechwarrior and a FF joystick + FF Driver of X-Sim for getting the ingame vibration is really good.
