planning to do 2dof simulator

Hi, I want to try to do a 2dof car simulator I see some here and the one that catch my eye was the RacingMat have very good intruction how to do it I already bought almost everything just need to buy the motors there is on in ebay " http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/380394477495? ... 1423.l2649 " but I dont know if they have enough torque to move the simulator I weigth about 70kg and rig is a fanatec csl so is kind a light for now just arrive the arduino UNO, all help is welcome.

Hi

The motors you listed look ok you will also need the gearbox, contact them and get the spec sheets.

The motors are nominally rated at 75w but they rate the motor up to 50a which is 600w (prob short bursts)

you also posted you have an Arduino, have you decided which firmware to use and also which H bridge you are going to use?

Hi, the H bridges I bought this "SparkFun - Monster Moto Shield - VNH2SP30 Stepper Motor Driver - L298N - Arduino" firmware I have no idea what to get where to get and how to install it I'm just a noob but if I see the steps I can do it ok.
