Hello everybody !
I'm French, 46 years old, and I like simulators for years (since Ef 2000, or the first Colin Mc Rae for the oldest of you!).
I've bought last year the 2 DOF "Spirit Racer" simulator build by Pascoul of RFR.
I've improved it with a Logitech G25 and a load cell for the brake pedal, a Logitech G940 for planes, and a trackIR system.

For the moment I play with GT legends, Rfactor 2 beta or Iracing for the cars, and Rise of flight or Condor for the planes.

I'm going to present now my simulator in the gallery.

See you later !

Regards,

Jean

Hello,

I am 28 years old and I am French.
Last year I bought all the equipments (actuator, velllaman P8055-1) to build a pneumatic 2DOF ^ ^ because I work in this domain, but I stop the construction because I have a lot of trouble to setting software (x-sim 2 at the time).
I hope the new version and easier to take for a beginner.

See you later in the question topic ^ ^

Hi everyone!

I've been a big fan of the whole X-Sim idea for 2-3 years now, but haven't joined into the community yet. So, I wanted to finally pipe up and say hello! Also, to extend my sincere gratitude to the developers, site admins, and community members who have contributed SO MUCH to this effort. I'm just blown away by this amazing software and its developers' ingenuity, commitment and hard work. Thank-you!!

While I haven't made anything with it yet...hopefully one day! For now it's just been fun studying what you all have done and brainstorming some design ideas on paper.

To at least make one very small contribution to the community I will upload pics/video of a prototype light weight triple screen fresnel lens display system I just finished building. I think it would integrate perfectly into most folks existing motion rigs and can be built very cheaply.

Well, that's all for * Hope to talk to you guys more soon!
