I am trying to build a simulator and I need your opinion.
1)what wheel is better to use?
2)what is the best simulation program-game?
3)is it posible to use the full version of Xsim3?
Thanks

1) any wheel with force feedback, depends on what you can afford. Logitech are cheap and very good, even the driving force gt.
2) depends on what game you like, Dirt 2 and 3 are great for sheer shake the @#$% out of you depending on the intensity of profile. Race 07 is great for finer road vibration and some nasty bumps.
3) You can use the stage one of x-sim for games supported, you need to be connected to the net to activate. Stage 2 is good for offline and graphics driver.

Thank you motiondave.
1) I am interested for the most powered wheel in force feedback.
2)I am interested for real race truck games and real off road games (F1,WRC).
(As an idea .A new topic that compares and evaluate wheels, pedals, boards,controlers,games....)
3)If I need to use a game that NOT supported now from Xsim .Need a new < plugin>.
(if I need to go to another <topic> please guide me)
Sorry for my bad english.
Have a nice day

Hi guys!

I'm from Montréal

I'm currently working on my school project (Mechanial Engineering), wich is a kind of motion simulator (more info when proof of concept has been made).

I hope I'll have great discussions on this forum because I intend to ask a lot, and tell a lot.

Nice to meet you all!

Hello Mattyb and welcome, feel free to ask. I am here in Sydney and there are a few of us on the east coast, and always remember Bobuilt in WA.
Well done finding a 2nd had sim to start you with.
Cheers, David.
