Yes, win8 has another memory structure, but xp and 7 was the same I thought, as said I test it here.

apparently, win 8 and vista are based off a similar code, while 7 and xp are based off that code.
So I am told by a contact.
Win 8 is really more touch screen, for tablets and looking fancy on laptops.

In my case the pointer addresses was created from an external process, but it is a game with anti cheat ;)

So the problem can be that museumsteve have a different version of game?

If it does matter, I have v1.8 but couldn't find the same in the offset database online. The latest I could see was 1.72 I think

Yes, this does matter, every exe (patch) has own offsets. The pointer tutorial in the online X-Sim manual does explain how to get them back. In case of nolimits it is easy.

I made progress but still a bit confused.
I've started to get motion. I used graphic driver and ended up with object speed x,y object accel x,y and pitch roll and yaw orientation. The orientation have the larger values and seem to make the motion. The values for the spped and accel are very small..do i need these? Am I missing something?
Now I've done this the game starts with graphic driver, am i not meant to get it to work using the memory driver now?
lol..I get so confused :D

Only use the memory driver for no limits!
Here it is described in details.
http://www.x-sim.de/manual/tutorial.html
Force Injector = memory driver since 3.x
It is a static value, the easiest way to find a memory offset.

And your found document was new to me ;)
It starts after you did my tutorial. You only need the part up to static pointers. The pointer tools for the training are in the X-Sim folders.
C:\Program Files\X-Sim\other stuff\Pointer Generator Tutorial
Do not forget to save the new values in the memory driver online database for other members. Name it win8, nolimits1.8 or something more specific.
