ARDUINO UNO Error Opening Comport

Hi everybody,
I'm trying to use x-sim with arduino... https://github.com/X-Sim/X-PID-Arduino-PID-motor-control
I can see my connected arduino on x-sim converter program and i can edit configurations...
I create two axis and connect them to arduino....
But when i'm pressing to 'START' i'm getting an error "Error opening comport COM1"

You have left something in the USO dialog.

is there any profile file for 2 dof control with arduino?
or can you tell me what i must write?

USO must be empty. I wrote you have something added there.

I have pressed Remove Entry and it is ok *....
