Please Help! Motion 2DOF seat is not moving!

Maybe somebody can help my. After about 20hours settings on x-sim I have given up.
I´m using the Arduino UND code from RacingMat. Thanks to him.
And if I test the seat without x-sim so everything is moving. Perfect.
But if I will use x-sim and a game nothing is happening. It must be because of some settings in x-sim but what?
After so many hours (today again about 5hours) and changing at the x-sim software I relay don´t know what to do!

I´m sending some screen shoots of my settings. Maybe somebody know what I´m doing wrong.
