converter freeze with windows 10 pro solved with post #18114

hello i upgrade my pc to windows 10 and have a big probleme with converter it freeze when try launch any profile
extractor work fine no problem
on my converter i see my ip adress ,i disable my bluetooth adpter, disable firewall and my kaspersky
try to move folder Interface plugins but same thing freeze
when i try to launch any profile it's just freeze no pop up i can't close it (need to use task manager for that )

Make some screenshots of program setup, interface setup and your setup panel of used hardware.
Did already tried to use the x-sim registry cleaner with the converter button?

to explain better my problem
i use x- sim with Digital dashboard with TM1638 and Arduino Nano v3 (for now )
i uninstall x-sim ,reboot pc, install x-im with clean registery (same problem)
when i said i can't close converter i launch converter(without launch any profile ) when try close it he stop working








i hope it's the good screen you ask me if not please give me a screen for do the same thing on my computer

First question would be, why you open the converter if you do not need it? The data export is normally done in the extractor which send data to your gauge.

Now try to uncheck all the plugins in the interface setup and find out which one will freeze.

i have unchecked all plugin but still freeze when try close or open a profile

when i says close it's about the converter.exe without launch any profile and unchecked all plugin interface

Do you know how to export a registry value?
Would be fine if you export the X-Sim registry entry in HKLM / software / X-Sim (on 64 bit OS in the syswow64 section) and upload it here. As Zip this time.

I was having the same problem, managed to resolve by doing a clean installation of Windows 10.
