Signal from the Converter Start button

Hi

Is there a simple way to activate a switch or a led or whatever when the "Start" button of the Converter is pressed ? When inactive, my rig is held in place by a kind of hoist (see picture), which I regularly forget to retract when I start the converter (you can imagine the disaster for the poor actuators...). The ideal solution would be for me to automate this retraction, based on a signal or status received from the Converter...

Many. One way may be using the synaptix and set on stop to zero and all other to 1. Then use center on stop in program setup.

I must admit I do not yet totally understand all of your answer, but I am actively digging into it!

I suppose I have to start with the hardware segment :

Am I right in assuming that :

- if I want for example to drive à 5V relay, all I have to do is plug the relay into a Velleman or into pins 2 and 3 of a cheap Arduino Uno card (any preference ?), which I will then connect to any USB port ?
- an then a new interface will appear in the list of "found interfaces" of the Interface settings screen, without any programming of theinterface card (??) ?
- "center on stop in program setup" : did I understand well, this is here :

- "set on stop to zero and all other to 1" : did I understand well, is this the right page to do this :
