Why can't i open my extractor

Hello guys,
I tried opening my extractor to see how do x sim works cause i am a newbie in this , however i keep getting the error message of "X-sim server not reachable, ... you will need direct internet access with port 0,80,81 and 3306. So is there anyone that can help me with this? and do anyone know where can i read on how to extract information fs9? cause i am really a newbie in this.
