Internet Problem / Login Problem

Hello

Ive installed X-Sim latest version, but somehow im not able to login into the software, when it does appear the box for me to login, i put all the details and the softwares gives me the error on the image. After that every time i try to run the software it gives me that error without even showing the login box.
Clearing cookies sometimes helps to show up the login box, sometimes dont, and sometimes restarting computer also works, but everytime it gives me the error, tried changing password to something different, didnt work either.
I have no special characters on the password, dont have an antivirus installed, tried to disable firewall wich also didnt help.

Can anyone out there help me out?

Your internet port connections are not opened or instable.
Are you really from funchal island??

Yes iam from funchal city on madeira island.
Was checking wich ports the extractor is using so i can open them on the router and see if thats the problem.

hello,

After the implementation of my 2D0 dynamic simulator and a test demo K8055N all works nickel.

I had used x-sim to try to understand the beast.

I reinstall X-sim, and at the launch of "x-sim extractor" appears the message "login problem / internet problem".

My connection to the site it goes smoothly and Windows 7 64-bit disabled firewall.

Uninstall x-sim, cleaning with ccleaner, reboot the PC and reinstall toujour nothing.

HELP Please

I board install x -sim on my laptop and it works Nickel .
On my office pc reformat : inernet problem/Login problem

What is it ?

I can use my laptop on extractor in networks with my pc games on my office ???
