No Steam platform found race 07

Hi

I am trying to run race 07 full version but I am always getting the message No Steam platform found.

I did all what I can found in the instructions to run the extractor but since one week I am not able to found the reason for that when I put steam://rungameid/8600 in my explorer the game is running and I have created a shortcut to the Race_Steam.exe and puted in the desktop, it dose not help I am not able to fin the problem. I even tried to edit the plugin but also no improvement. I tried also via the Raceroom plugin still the same.
