the motors get a little bit warm when i turn off the fans. i think not more than 30°C, with fans icecold. So i thinkt i have Prerequisites to "overclock" the JRK´s.

but i have to say, that in my workshop it is not very warm. At least 15-18 °C at the tests.

which games do you play?

dirt 2 dirt 3 race 07 f1 2010 . Played grid 4 times right through
Currently playing dirt 3 and race 07 online
My jrks heatsinks burn my fingers, even with a fan running on them. Mind you , these days I use big worm gear motors

i´ve changed the max. Ampere to 25, so the motors gets slowly warm. The JRK are cold, thats very nice! 8-)
I think, the motion is intense and faster than before.

@motiondave
which PID settings do you use?

For wipers ,
P 2/2
I 0/3
D 1/1
Give that a run and see how it goes, you may need to work profiles to suit.

The handbreak was very easy to built and it makes a lot of fun! Also the integration in G25/G27 is very easy; two solderpoints and this is it.
Well, in Dirt3 i use only the sequential shifter. I´ve made a little bit of modifications to my shifter and also to the pedals to make it more realistic.

if so desired, I could make such a small tutorial

my bodyshakers are also integrated now! Hell yeah  thats so amazing. One under the seat and one under the pedals.

pic´s and videos coming soon!

Another nice diy addon is a squential shifter can be fun and the g27 is missing one, MotionDave built a nice one plus others.
Would be nice if you guys could find some time and add this in here http://www.x-sim.de/software.php?lang=eng&page=project_gallery&project_type=peripheral with some in depth details for others to build and add on.

you got me thinking, I am drawing up a DIY sequential out of mdf wood currently....getting ideas.

Hy!

I'm frustrated :?

Yesterday, my handbreak got his new case, so everything was fine! BUT then i was taking off the case for last adjustments......

i forgot to unplug the G25 and i came with the case on one wire of the e-brake ... the the sequence was a short circuit --> damn :o the g25 was going to sleep and dont want to come back.

handbreak finish 1

handbreak finish 2

Have you tried unwiring / de-solder the handbrake from G25 board and then tried to fire up G25?
