Need help setting up buttkicker

Postby michaelcleo » Wed 20. Mar 2013, 17:03

Hi,
I'm Mike and live in the Uk.

Gear is in my sig

I'm looking to use xsim for a buttkicker lfe on the lfe channel on its wn card, i see that the software has an option for crossover, i'd like to cut everything sub 10hz as the bk's bottom out at a higher volume on 10hz and less and this looks possible with X-sim.

So my normal audio comes through 1 soundcard but the xsim lfe signal comes from another soundcard with sub 10hz disabled here

Is this possible?

How would i go about setting it up for race room experience/project cars using audio or other racing games using audio?
I'm looking for audio only and not telementry ect

Sorry but i am such a noob and i'm at rock bottom, with alittle help to understand things i'll soon find my own feet but need help to get me started please.

X-Sim does not filter your game audio output, it use real ingame values and generate output.

Thanks,
Sadly i couldnt get anything to work so went and got *, abit piontless but hey it was late at night and id spent all day failing.
Still im going to have another go today, if i can i'll make a tut for buttkickers as anything i find seems to have holes in its info.

I've confirmed my setup works now with sivibe so its just a atter of test and fail.
